Job summary

Upbound Group, Inc. is seeking a Summer 2027 Internship in Sales and Web Lead Management at our Plano headquarters. The intern will gain hands-on experience in coworker enablement, lead management, CRM, and Salesforce integrations while supporting sales growth.

This ten-week internship targets students in business, marketing, IS, CS, or data analytics, offering exposure to AI-enabled tools, web channels, and data-driven customer acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in an accredited program in Business, Marketing, IS, CS, or Data Analytics.
• Strong academics and ability to learn quickly.
• Interest in sales, digital marketing, CRM, Salesforce, AI, or business technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales lead management, routing, follow-up, and conversion initiatives.
• Support web lead management and improve customer journey from engagement to sale.
• Assist AI-enabled lead prioritization to improve productivity.
• Gains exposure to Salesforce integrations connecting web, sales, and enterprise systems.
• Support campaign data management and performance analysis.
