Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Practice Area Overview

The Sales & Web Lead Management Intern will gain exposure to coworker enablement operations, sales and web lead management, customer acquisition, AI chatbot and business technology within a large organization. Working alongside experienced business operations, product, and technology professionals, the intern will support initiatives that improve how web leads are captured, managed, converted, and engaged throughout the customer journey within Salesforce Lead Management system. The role is intended to provide hands-on experience and practical insight into how Salesforce, AI/Agentforce, digital channels, and data are used to support sales growth and customer acquisition. Throughout the internship, potential areas of exposure include:

• Sales Lead Management - Supporting lead management processes, lead routing, follow up, and conversion initiatives to improve sales performance.
• Web Lead Management - Supporting the management of leads generated through web channels and identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey from web engagement through sales conversion.
• Coworker AI Enablement - Supporting AI-powered tools and recommendations that help coworkers prioritize leads, improve productivity, and enhance customer engagement.
• Salesforce Integrations - Gaining exposure to Salesforce integrations that connect web, sales, customer, and enterprise systems to support seamless lead management.
• Salesforce Campaigns - Supporting campaign customer data, campaign execution, lead targeting, and performance analysis to improve customer acquisition and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong academic performance, with a demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Coworker may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Work Location

Ability to work in our corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas throughout the entire ten-week summer intern program.

Compensation

Summer Interns at Upbound Group are paid hourly in accordance with usual payroll procedures.

$23.00 per hour
