Job description

You will leverage your greater Liveops community of stakeholders in marketing, inside sales, customer success, finance, operations, and other supporting departments to ensure that our customer solutions exceed expectations and promote long-term, mutually prosperous relationships.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5-8+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in enterprise sales working with midsize to large corporations selling complex solutions
  • Technology-first mindset, ability to utilize existing company technology solutions, and leverage and introduce advanced tools to expand impact
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a start-up mentality
  • BPO sales experience a plus
  • Experience selling “gig-economy” concepts, primarily home-based agent models, a plus
  • Expertise selling into verticals such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, Travel, Retail, Business/Consumer Services, Utilities, etc., a plus
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with enterprise clients
  • Proven closer with a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze customer data and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; seasoned negotiator
  • Motivated by a highly leveraged, commission-based compensation plan with a competitive base salary
  • Proficient in CRM, sales engagement, and marketing automation tools
  • Resides in the U.S., with access to a major airport and ability to travel up to 50%

The Value You Deliver

  • Exceed quarterly & annual sales targets based on ACV quotas
  • Collaborate with sales analysts to build and nurture sales pipelines through inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads and opportunities in CRM for predictable sales forecasting
  • Coordinate responses to new business opportunities (e.g., calls, RFPs, RFIs)
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients

Essential Job Functions

  • Sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer
  • Participate in virtual meetings from a distraction-free environment
  • Work independently and meet deadlines
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Drive sales growth by closing contracts for Liveops BPO solutions and exceeding sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and collaborate internally to deliver solutions
  • Manage and accurately track sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts
