What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all commercial sales functions for the ARO portfolio of products
- Achieve organizational revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years in 3rd Level (or higher) Sales Management
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Healthcare RCM industry
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across an executive team
