Job summary

You will partner with Sales Training, Clinical Training, and Sales Operations to ensure programs are compliant and well executed. A detail-oriented, organized professional with strong communication and LMS experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute clinical and sales training programs, including divisional trainings and national meetings.
• Manage training calendar and demand planning for 6–12 month horizon.
• Set up and administer events: schedules, prerequisites, classrooms, logistics, instructors.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site logistics: room setup, A/V, catering, sign-in sheets.
• Support onboarding: communications, materials, and processes for new hires and transfers.
• Track training completion, compliance, and post-training surveys; maintain records.
