Qualifications

• Experience in educational or training environments, ideally healthcare.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Detail-oriented with robust record keeping.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, conferences, hospitals and education teams to support training programs including hands-on workshops and cadaver labs.
• Prepare and test simulation models to ensure readiness for sessions.
• Coordinate resources and inform stakeholders about updates and responsibilities.
• Plan and execute shipment of devices and materials to training locations; manage on-site storage and calibration.
• Facilitate return and restocking of equipment and materials; update educational content.
