HR Coordinator @ Cycle Pharmaceuticals | Law LLB (Hons)

Full time, remote, travel required.

The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients with rare diseases?

Do you have a talent for developing impactful, high-quality sales training programs?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! As a Sales Training Manager at Cycle Pharmaceuticals, operating within the Field Efficiency team you will play a pivotal role in equipping our sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed across all therapeutic areas, including our expanding work in hematology, oncology, and other rare disease specialties.

Join us in our mission to transform patient care through innovative therapies, best-in-class patient support, and a deep commitment to making life easier for those affected by rare conditions.

Our Company:

At Cycle, we believe that Every Single Patient Matters. It’s at the core of everything we do — and we’d love for you to share that vision.

We are a pioneering pharmaceutical company, reimagining how therapies and services can improve the lives of people living with rare diseases. Working closely with patient groups, healthcare professionals, and academic communities, we focus on developing innovative therapies that truly meet patients’ needs.

Our pharmaceutical development spans three key areas:

  • Improving drugs — optimizing existing therapies
  • Repurposing drugs — creating new uses for existing therapies
  • Reinstating generics — bringing important medicines back to market

Our growing portfolio now covers rare metabolic, immunological, neurological, hematologic, and oncologic conditions. Everything we do is underpinned by advanced formulation technologies, delivering greater freedom and choice to patients and their caregivers.

What you will be doing:

Training Program Development:

  • Design, develop, and deliver blended learning programs that support strategic objectives across Cycle’s portfolio — including rare disease, hematology, and oncology therapies.
  • Create dynamic live, virtual, and e-learning content aligned to best-in-class instructional design principles.
  • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for sales training content.
  • Assess the evolving training needs of the sales force and deliver tailored learning solutions to enhance skills, product knowledge, compliance, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular field coaching sessions and ride-alongs to observe, support, and elevate field team performance.
  • Lead new hire onboarding to ensure new Account Managers ramp quickly to full competency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to ensure training materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with current business priorities.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to deliver broader professional development initiatives.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics such as time-to-productivity, knowledge retention, and sales performance impact.
  • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously refine training programs.

Leadership and Coaching:

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth through ongoing coaching, development conversations, and mentorship.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in a training, coaching, or leadership role.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, compliance standards, and the complexities of the rare disease and specialty pharma markets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for field rides, training sessions, and company meetings.
  • Master’s degree or relevant advanced training certification preferred.
  • Previous experience training in rare disease, hematology, or oncology highly desirable.
  • Field leadership or coaching experience (e.g., as a first-line leader) is a plus.
  • Experience operating effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.

What can we offer to you

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus
  • Employer-paid private health insurance
  • Company pension scheme
  • Life and Critical Illness Insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Regular team-building events and an agile, collaborative work environment
