Job summary

Priority1 in Little Rock, AR seeks a Manager of Sales Training to design, organize, and deliver engaging training for our largest outside sales channel. You will own curriculum—from Pre-Training to post-Basic Training—and lead 10+ annual sessions for new hires, coordinating logistics and guest speakers.

You will travel domestically as needed to support regional training initiatives and report on performance metrics. Strong content creation, presentation, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a freight sales role or background in education/teaching.
• Experience creating engaging training content and delivering presentations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead large groups and facilitate discussions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own all content creation, delivery, and evolution of our Sales Pre-Training, Basic Training, and post-Basic Training curriculum.
• Lead 10+ annual Basic Sales Training sessions for all new hires within our largest outside sales channel.
• Coordinate logistics for training programs, including new hire rosters, materials, meeting spaces, hotel coordination, and guest speakers.
• Travel domestically as required to support regional training initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and report on training performance metrics to enhance program impact.
