Priority1 is seeking a Manager of Sales Training in Little Rock, AR to design, organize, and deliver engaging training for our largest outside sales channel. This role suits someone with a background in education or sales training who can inspire others and manage large-scale programs with confidence.

You will collaborate with sales leadership, support a growing team of sales professionals, and evolve training to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a freight sales role or background in education/training.
• Experience creating engaging training content and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own content creation, delivery, and evolution of Sales Pre-Training, Basic Training, and post-Basic Training curriculum.
• Lead 10+ annual Basic Sales Training sessions for all new hires in the largest outside sales channel.
• Continuously update training materials in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Coordinate logistics for training programs, rosters, spaces, and speakers.
• Manage coaching relationships for each Basic Training class.
