Ameritas Agency and Advisor Distribution is seeking a Sales Training and Education Intern in Lincoln, NE. This hybrid role combines in-office and remote work with a start date in April 2027.

The intern will develop presentations and courses, manage content through Ad Review, and support events and campaigns via Salesforce and the LMS. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college degree program at least half-time for the duration of the internship.
• Commit to a 12-month internship working part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer.
• Full-time hours: 30–40 hours per week; Part-time hours: 15–20 hours per week.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adapt to change and take initiative; ability to write accurately about the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with presentation and course development including video editing and proofreading.
• Submit and monitor content through Ad Review in the compliance system.
• Assist with reporting on production results, events, and campaigns in Salesforce.
• Update the Ameritas Learning Management System.
• Create marketing copy for promotion of events/concepts.
• Assemble classroom learning packets and materials.
• Assist with virtual school, podcasts and webinar setup.
• Order marketing materials for training events.
