Job summary

Ameritas Agency and Advisor Distribution is seeking a Sales Training and Education Intern in Lincoln, NE. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work, supporting event organization, campaign development, and learning content updates.

You will gain hands-on experience in marketing, training design, and data management while contributing to compliance and content creation for educational programs.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college degree program at least half-time for the entire duration of the internship.
• Must commit to a 12-month internship, part-time during the school year and full-time in the summer.
• Full-time hours: 30-40 hours/week; Part-time hours: 15-20 hours/week.
• Possess strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent creative design skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and take initiative.
• Ability to ask questions and write accurately about the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with presentation and course development including video editing and proofreading.
• Submit and monitor content through Ad Review, our compliance administration system.
• Assist with reporting on production results from Practice Management events, maintaining campaigns in Salesforce.
• Update the Ameritas Learning Management System.
• Create marketing copy for promotion of events/concepts.
• Classroom learning packet assembling.
• Assist with virtual school, podcasts and webinar setup.
• Order Marketing material necessary for training events.
