Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance is hiring a full-time, commission-based field sales professional to sell and service a wide range of insurance products across Georgia. Location: County-Based Position with statewide opportunities.

You will meet quarterly sales and retention goals, consult with clients to explain policies, analyze coverage needs, and recommend solutions. Licenses are required; strong communication and community focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Actively pursuing licensure in Georgia Department of Insurance is encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and service a wide range of insurance products including farm, crop, auto, homeowners, commercial, life, medical, and dental.
  • Meet quarterly sales and retention goals.
  • Consult with clients to explain policies, analyze coverage needs, and recommend solutions.
  • Prospect new customers and grow membership through community networking.
  • Ensure all policy documentation and service requirements are completed accurately.
  • Inspect properties to assess risk and recommend corrective actions.
  • Promote Georgia Farm Bureau and Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance through local advertising and community involvement.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and product training.
  • Foster strong relationships between county offices and the home office.

Qualifications
