Responsibilities
  • Sell and service a wide range of insurance products including farm, crop, auto, homeowners, commercial, life, medical, and dental, and meet quarterly sales and retention goals.
  • Adhere to strategic and service goals as outlined in agency business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • Consult with clients to explain policies, analyze coverage needs, and recommend solutions.
  • Prospect new customers and grow membership through community networking.
  • Ensure all policy documentation and service requirements are completed accurately.
  • Inspect properties to assess risk and recommend corrective actions.
  • Promote GFB and GFBMIC through local advertising and active community involvement.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and product training.
  • Foster strong relationships between county offices and the home office.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Must have passed Georgia Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance exams (License Required).
  • Actively pursuing licensure through the Georgia Department of Insurance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Self-motivated, community-minded, and eager to grow.
