What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and execute the Vercel Bootcamp for sales and customer success reps
- Manage the end-to-end new hire onboarding curriculum to ensure effective ramp experiences
- Facilitate engaging training sessions on sales methodologies and technical product knowledge
- Develop and maintain asynchronous onboarding resources like playbooks and interactive modules
- Coach new hires through their ramp period, tracking progress and optimizing success rates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in developer tools or technical SaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of technical sales cycles and developer-led go-to-market motions
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for training sales reps on technical concepts
- Experience in training program design, curriculum development, and instructional delivery
- Ability to create structured onboarding experiences that drive business impact
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling modern web development or infrastructure products to enterprise customers
- Familiarity with Next.js, Vercel, or similar developer-centric platforms
- Background in sales enablement, coaching, or instructional design
- Knowledge of value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger)
- Experience in hypergrowth SaaS environments with high-velocity go-to-market teams
