Base pay range

$105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

The Sales Trainer will support all matters related to the development and execution of new hire sales training as well as, advanced, ongoing and continuous education for all field sales team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute initial and on-going field training (sales and clinical team)
  • Support achievement of commercial goals
  • Develop training program and content for both live and virtual environments (be a zoom “expert”)
  • Develop continuing education and assessment programs
  • Work with the sales and management teams to identify training needs for new and existing field team members
  • Build strong clinical relationships with target customers and thought leaders
  • Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and services
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional personal and company image


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry or a related field, preferably within neuromodulation or interventional pain management
  • Demonstrated and documented success in previous roles; including impactful management and execution of training programs
  • Ability to think strategically and execute
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or commensurate relative work experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively amongst multiple teams and team members
  • Able and willing to meet the required travel of >50%
