Position Location(s): Hybrid role near major markets including San Marcos, TX, Chicago, IL, Lehigh Valley and Bethlehem, PA, Arlington, MA, New York, Portland and Woodburn, OR, Seattle and La Conner, WA, Sacramento/Rocklin and Concord, CA. Full list in the Locations section.

Travel: Yes, up to 30% to market offices and/or field visits.

Position Overview

Seeking a Sales Trainer and Curriculum Consultant to develop and promote sales training initiatives, focusing on B2B and residential sales, leveraging various delivery methods (face-to-face, e-learning, webinars). You will support sales teams across enterprise, SMB, large accounts, and residential sectors, and assist with compliance and DE&I initiatives.

A Day in the Life
  • Identify training needs and develop targeted programs
  • Facilitate and implement sales training, including skills, coaching, mentorship
  • Design and deliver training via various platforms
  • Create e-learning content and track KPIs
  • Coach sales leaders and apply adult learning theories
  • Maintain training documentation and support up to 30% travel
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 5+ years sales training experience (B2B preferred); telecom experience a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, LMS (Élan a plus)
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
