Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to support our sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness or special projects. You will work with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format stores.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s license and DOT medical card required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and handling inventory/display materials.
• English proficiency; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during absences.
• Maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations.
• Service customers safely, productively and professionally per Red Bull standards.
• Assist with in-store execution, displays and merchandising as needed.
• Collaborate with management and ASMs on daily priorities.
