The Cason Group in the United States is seeking driven individuals for its Rep Development Program: Sales Trainee. You will receive in-depth training across Group Benefits, Financial Services, and Individual Medical while preparing to become a Sales Rep/Regional Consultant.

The program includes hands-on work, certification milestones, and a potential relocation after the initial 12–18 month training period; a three-year commitment is expected upon placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Consult and collaborate with departments to learn sales-support roles.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives on prospecting, appointments, and advising agents and clients.
• Drive results by meeting departmental metrics and completing RDP certifications.
• Maintain knowledge of products, carriers, quoting requirements, and procedures.
