Job summary

The Cason Group is seeking motivated individuals for its Rep Development Program: Sales Trainee. This full-time role starts with 12-18 months of initial training across Columbia, SC; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN, with relocation possibilities after training.

Successful trainees will complete RDP certifications and transition into Sales Rep/Regional Consultant roles in designated locations, while earning a competitive base salary with quarterly bonuses and a three-year

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-focused work habits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of databases.

Responsibilities

• Consult and collaborate with various departments to learn and perform sales-support tasks.
• Coordinate and communicate with Sales Representatives on prospecting and appointments.
• Drive results by completing RDP certifications and meeting departmental metrics.
• Stay current in industry by obtaining relevant Life and Health licensures and product knowledge.
