Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or equivalent.
• Two years outside selling experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety rules, policies and procedures at all times.
• Participate in a 12-18 month sales training program to prepare for a long-term position with BCI as an Account Executive.
• Meet or exceed operating standards in sales and customer service as communicated annually.
• Achieve in meeting or exceeding the developed professional goals set with the Sales Manager.
• Participate in advancing the business through new and innovative ideas.
• Weekly review of training program goals with the Sales Manager to ensure skill development.
• Exhibit professional behavior and treat others with respect.
• Full-time role in an office setting.
