Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or equivalent.
• Two years outside selling experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety rules, policies and procedures at all times.
• Participate in a 12-18 month sales training program to prepare for a long-term position as Account Executive.
• Meet or exceed operating standards in sales and customer service as communicated annually.
• Aim to achieve the goals set with the Sales Manager.
• Contribute ideas to advance the business and improve processes.
• Review training goals with the Sales Manager weekly to ensure skill growth.
• Maintain professional behavior and respect in all interactions.
• Full-time role in an office setting.
