Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for Account Executive position.
• Two years outside selling or related experience – preferred, but not required
• Experience in the corrugated box industry – preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-18 month sales training program to prepare for a long-term position with BCI as an Account Executive or Customer Service Representative.
• Meet or exceed the operating standards in the areas of sales and customer service. Standards are communicated annually by the manager.
• Achieve the professional goals developed and agreed upon with the manager.
• Exhibit professional behavior and treat others with respect.
• Full-time role in an office setting.
