Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company offers a Sales Trainee position designed as a structured training path toward an Account Sales Manager role. The trainee supports sales initiatives, provides route coverage for ASMs during absences, and helps maintain relationships between sales, merchandising and operations.

You will learn the business basics, perform daily preparation activities, and assist with in-route and off-route support tasks while upholding Red Bull executional standards.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations or other absences.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format stores.
• Service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner per Red Bull executional standards.
• Perform daily preparation: gather tools, communicate priorities with ASMs/DSMs and train with ASMs.
• Support in-route activities: cover ASM routes, focus on sales, distributions, pricing, displays and merchandising.
• Assist with audits and displays to drive the sales business.
