Job summary

Red Bull is offering a Sales Trainee program designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. You will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the ASM during absences, and work to maintain strong customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations in both large and small format off-premise stores.

During the training, you will learn Red Bull standards, build brand coverage, and gain tools to execute the daily plan with ASMs, DSMS and field teams.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for in-store accounts.
• Obtain tools and resources to execute the daily plan and communicate priorities to ASMs/DSMs.
• In-route support to cover ASM routes and meet daily KPI targets on sales, distributions, pricing, display and merchandising.
• Assist with audits, blitz events and building displays to drive sales.
