Red Bull Distribution Company in the United States is launching a Sales Trainee program designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. The training emphasizes customer service, brand execution, and route coverage to support ASM on vacation, sick leave, or special projects.

Upon completion, you may interview for ASM or other roles; extension up to 12 months is possible if performance is strong. This at-will role emphasizes growth within a dynamic, consumer-brand environment.

Competenze

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Mansioni

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during absences.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations.
• Service customers safely and professionally per Red Bull standards.
• Assist with daily plan tools and communicate priorities to ASMs/DSMs.
• Cover ASM routes and meet KPI targets for sales and merchandising.
