Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company provides a Sales Trainee program to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. You will support sales initiatives and maintain relationships with customers across sales, merchandising and operations while upholding Red Bull execution standards.

Upon program completion you may interview for ASM roles; if no promotion occurs, the trainee may stay for up to 12 months, extendable to 18 months in exceptional cases, with eligibility to advance when opportunities

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card required.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations.
• Service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull standards.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets.
