Job summary

The Sales Trainee program at Red Bull Distribution Company prepares you for an Account Sales Manager role in the beverage distribution network. You will learn the essentials of sales execution, merchandising and customer relations while supporting management on daily activities.

You will participate in route coverage, assist in sales initiatives, and build strong relationships with stores of all formats, ensuring adherence to Red Bull executional standards and safety guidelines across the field.

Qualifications

Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or any special projects as needed.
Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format 'off premise' stores.
Service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.
Cover ASM routes as needed and contribute to daily KPI areas including sales, distributions, pricing, display, and merchandising.
