Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations or absences.

You will help maintain relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format off-premise stores, delivering service that aligns with Red Bull standards. As part of the training program, you may interview for ASM roles after certification.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness or absence.
• Maintain relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format stores.
• Deliver service in a safe, professional manner per Red Bull standards.
• Assist in route planning, store visits and in-store execution.
• Assist with audits, displays, and merchandising to drive sales.

Skills
