Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a passion for sales.
• Willingness to relocate to areas where the company has the greatest need, with focus on growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Learn about UFP products, policies, and procedures through immersive, on‑the‑job training.
• Participate in essential sales and customer service tasks to build practical skills.
• Work closely with your mentor and team to assist in sales, customer support, and production activities.
• Complete a comprehensive boot camp program to strengthen industry knowledge.
• Travel to other UFP facilities to learn best practices and broaden experience.
