Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a passion for sales.
• Candidate will need to relocate/reside where the company has greatest need, with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Learn about UFP products, policies, and procedures through immersive training.
• Participate in essential sales and customer service tasks to build practical skills.
• Assist in sales, customer support, and production activities with mentor guidance.
• Complete a boot camp program to strengthen industry knowledge.
