Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee position designed to prepare the trainee for the Account Sales Manager role. The program supports sales initiatives, route coverage for ASMs, and relationship management with customers across sales, merchandising and operations.

The trainee will learn brand basics, execute daily preparation steps, and gain field exposure through in-route and off-route assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers (ASMs) during vacations or absences.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand by proper rotation and maintaining customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations.
• Train with ASMs and cover ASM routes as needed.
• Assist with in-route and off-route merchandising and audits to drive sales performance.
