Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Trainee in the Houston area to shadow Account Representatives and Customer Service staff while rotating through warehouse and delivery operations. The program lasts up to 12 months, with formal training in product lines, sales, and leadership conducted by the Training Department.

The role emphasizes customer service, interpersonal skills, and strong follow-through, with opportunities to progress to Account Representative or Customer Service Representative

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Distribution or related field.

Responsibilities

• Participates in company sponsored training classes.
• Develops competent presentation skills.
• Trains in all levels of a branch including inside sales, outside sales, inventory, delivery, warehouse, and administrative.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
