Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program to develop technical, operational and sales knowledge.
• Accompany sales representatives on customer visits, job sites and business development activities.
• Learn Maxim Crane Works' fleet, equipment capabilities, and service offerings.
• Develop understanding of customer industries, project requirements and market opportunities.
• Assist with customer relationship management and account development activities.
• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, presentations, and customer communications.
