Job summary

Stfrancis is seeking a proactive trainee to join our development and training program. You will gain broad exposure to product knowledge, assist in sales, customer service, and production activities, and complete a boot camp of comprehensive studies.

The program includes travel to other facilities for best practice training and a benefits package including health, retirement, and educational reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software for business applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Company products and procedures through on-the-job training activities.
• Assist in sales, customer service, and production activities as assigned.
• Attend and successfully complete a boot camp of comprehensive studies.
• Travel to other facilities as part of best practice training.
