Job summary

Tilson Homes in Boerne, TX is seeking a Sales Trainee to join our New Home Sales team. You will assist customers at our Design Center, explain customization options, and help bring their dream homes to life with responsive service.

Our ideal candidate has a high school diploma (bachelors preferred) and 1–2 years in customer service or sales, with strong verbal and written communication. This is an hourly role paying $20–$22.50 per hour, plus benefits.

You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is an hourly role paying $20 to $22.50 per hour depending on experience.
