Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a results-driven in-home sales consultant to meet clients in their homes, understand their needs, and propose custom window treatments. You will design simple, beautiful solutions and guide customers through the buying process, closing sales with confidence.

Ideal candidates are people-oriented, motivated by performance, and capable of independent work. Weekend availability and local travel are required, with uncapped commissions and a strong earning potential in a

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• A people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others
• Motivated by performance and excited about uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments
• Open to working at least one weekend day
• Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locally
• Backgrounds that do well in this role include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced environments, but no prior design experience is required.
