Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a motivated in-home sales professional in the Lawrenceville, GA area to guide clients through selecting custom window treatments and close sales in the home. You will manage your own schedule and build a business through referrals, with full company support and training.

Enjoy uncapped commission, company-provided appointments, and the opportunity to grow within a national brand. Training is provided, and travel locally is expected as you cover your territory.

Qualifications

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally - your territory is your office.
