Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking an in-home sales consultant to meet clients in their homes, understand needs, and recommend custom window treatments. You will guide buyers through the process and close sales on-site, while managing your own schedule and follow-ups.

Uncapped commission with strong earning potential, company-provided appointments, and paid training help you start right away. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

What you'll do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required - we'll train you.
