3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. You’ll meet clients in their homes, design beautiful spaces, and guide them through a purchase in a single visit.

With company-provided leads, paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll build a high-impact sales career. Expect local travel, schedule management, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• A people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others.
• Motivated by performance and excited about uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments.
• Open to working at least one weekend day.
• Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locally.
• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail welcome, no design experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions for each space.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
