NSI Industries – HVAC Division (Duro Dyne - NSI Industries &Supco - NSI Industries ) is seeking a dynamic individual to become part of our winning sales team. If you are a highly motivated team player who is interested in an exciting career with a leading global manufacturer then this job is for you!You will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with regional accounts consisting of HVAC wholesale distributors and ductwork/sheet metal fabricators.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Territory Manager for the New England Area (CA, AZ, NV, UT, CO) to join our sales team. If you're looking for a dynamic career with a leading manufacturer, this role is for you! You'll build and maintain relationships with HVAC wholesale distributors and ductwork/sheet metal fabricators. This role is a remote position offering acompetitive base salary, lucrative variable compensation opportunity (VCO), and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:

  • Promote HVAC products through meetings, site visits, calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Grow sales by maintaining existing business and prospecting new accounts.
  • Service and maintain HVAC equipment at duct fabrication shops.
  • Communicate sales volumes and maintain CRM records.
  • Analyze pricing and respond to competitive actions.
  • Network at trade shows and industry events.
  • Conduct product training for distributors.
  • Travel 50-75%.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a regional or territory sales manager.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary - $60,000-$80,000 (Exempt) including Variable Compensation Opportunity (VCO) upwards of $100,000+ total compensation.
