Job summary

REGIONAL Federal Credit Union in Hammond, IN seeks a Full-Time Teller to serve members with transactions, account maintenance and cross-sell REGIONAL products. You will maintain an accurate cash drawer and follow policies while delivering quality service.

The role requires 40+ hours weekly, Monday–Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday 8am–12pm, with starting pay at $16/hour. Paid holidays, PTO and quarterly incentives up to $800 are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales or customer-facing roles
• Experience with cash handling and transactions
• Ability to meet sales goals and follow policy

Responsibilities

• Serve members at the teller window with transactions and account maintenance
• Cross-sell REGIONAL products and programs to members
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile transactions
• Follow all security and personnel policies
• Participate in REGIONAL incentive programs and ongoing training
