Job summary

Sure-Dry is seeking a Service Technician who combines trusted advisory service with consultative sales. You will run pre-scheduled maintenance visits, inspect systems, and identify opportunities to upgrade for performance and safety.

You’ll work independently within a proven system, delivering high-trust, high-value experiences to homeowners while earning commission. Comprehensive training and top-tier tools support your success in a role that values independence and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid non-probationary driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Comfort working independently and managing a structured daily route.
• Strong communication skills and confidence with homeowners.
• Customer-first mindset with consultative sales focus.
• Construction or trade experience preferred.
• Consultative sales or upsell experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.

We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Service Technician who enjoys consultative selling, takes pride in performance, and knows how to turn service visits into long-term solutions. You’ll run pre-scheduled maintenance appointments, perform detailed inspections, and identify and recommend upgrades that improve system performance, safety, and longevity—while delivering a true “WOW” homeowner experience.
