Job summary

Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Service Technician to visit customer homes, service existing customers, and maintain and repair the high-quality systems we designed and installed. This role emphasizes WOW customer service and thorough training with the right tools and a company vehicle for travel.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; walk, climb ladders, kneel, crawl.
• Strong listening and follow-up skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual inspections, warranty follow-ups, installs, and maintenance.
• Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through follow-up.
• Recommend products or services to enhance or improve the original installation.
• Suggest additional products and services to protect customers’ investment long-term.
