Role Overview

ABS Global, a Genus PLC Company, has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a Sales Technician to provide technical knowledge, advice, and support. The Sales Technician's primary responsibility is to support Sales Representatives, resellers, and customers by resolving product, service, and technical issues while maximizing the benefits of our products and services. The role involves daytime travel to customer sites for on-site support and consultations. The position is based in Western New York and can be performed remotely.

The salary range for this position in the US is $55,000 - $65,000 USD plus commission. The offered salary depends on experience, role, responsibilities, location, education, and skills.

You Will

• Support team objectives through collaboration.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Explain technical information effectively.

• Work outside normal hours if required.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or associate’s degree in Agribusiness or a related field preferred.
• Experience in dairy insemination is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, proactive.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
