Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a Technical Sales Operations Specialist in Charlotte, NC, offering hybrid/onsite work. This role blends technical sales support, Salesforce/CRM management, quoting, order processing, and customer service to support our B2B sales and customer operations team.

You’ll understand customer requirements, prepare quotes, create and maintain opportunities in Salesforce, enter and track orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure requests are completed accurately and on

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in technical sales support, sales operations, order management, or a similar B2B environment.
Hands-on experience working within Salesforce.
Experience with ERP or order management systems, preferably SAP or a similar platform.
Ability to understand technical products, specifications, configurations, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key contact for B2B customers via phone, email, and web inquiries.
Work with customers to understand product requirements and recommend technical solutions.
Create and maintain customer accounts, opportunities, quotes, orders, and sales activity within Salesforce.
Enter, process, and track customer orders through completion.
Prepare customer quotes, proposals, pricing, and supporting sales documentation.
