Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand new store at Edwardsville Crossing Shopping Center in Edwardsville, Illinois, mid-October, with interviews starting in September. The Sales Teammate role focuses on delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests and handling sales, merchandising and store operations, including cashiering, displays and cleaning.

Pay range is $15-18 per hour, with base rate plus commission.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education, sharing knowledge with the Team.
