Arbiter is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team, driving net new revenue growth and customer acquisition. You will coach, motivate, and build a data-driven sales culture that consistently exceeds targets.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in fast-paced sales, leadership experience, and a strong background in SaaS or B2B environments, with an emphasis on collaboration across departments to align go-to-market strategies.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of high velocity/high volume sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B sales preferred.
• K-12 industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor inside sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates.
• Perform weekly 1:1s to assess performance and provide guidance.
• Motivate reps to meet monthly goals and close deals when needed.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to sharpen sales skills.
• Deliver data insights to inform strategic sales initiatives.
