Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Ring sales on cash register and handle money, change, refunds or exchanges.
• Assist with shift change by counting money in cash drawer.
• Process money orders, card purchases, checks and lottery transactions.
• Check identifications for restricted sales.
• Stock shelves and stockroom, price items per price book.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and areas; uphold hygiene standards.
• Monitor cash levels and security during shifts.
• Complete training material and participate in evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
