Job summary

Martin-Produce-Inc. is seeking an Assistant Sales Lead to support the Sales Manager in leading the sales and customer service team. This role drives engagement, maintains client relationships and helps achieve sales goals across the department.

The position requires a High School Diploma, 4+ years of sales experience with 2+ in management, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. Expect a full-time schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to coach and supervise staff including organizing, delegating, training and motivating the sales team.
• Minimum of 4 years sales experience with at least 2 years of sales management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Email.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish (must).
• Excellent decision making, problem solving, communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set the example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards.
• Train, coach, develop and motivate sales/customer service reps to maximize productivity.
• Lead the sales team and act as the expert on company culture, sales operations and policies.
