Responsibilities

• Assist customers by greeting them, helping them find products, resolving concerns, and supporting special orders.
• Take daily inventory counts, identify inconsistencies, and update systems to maintain accurate stock records.
• Open and close the store, prepare staff for business hours, and secure money and equipment each day.
• Manage cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, provide change, and oversee register accuracy.
• Lead stocking activities, organize displays, rotate inventory, and ensure safe handling of store equipment.
• Process orders for licensees, coordinate staff to pull merchandise, and ensure accurate and timely pick-up.
